About the Rotary Encoder

Designed to be compact, slim, and lightweight, the Oriental Motor Rotary Encoder is an incremental encoder that can be directly installed onto customer equipment for precise position and speed detection. These encoders are ideal for applications such as conveyor systems, where they help monitor rotational discrepancies in belt-and-pulley mechanisms, detecting deflection or breakage.
