Associates are available to assist you when you have technical problems or questions. Application engineers are available to visit your site if needed. These engineers are also dedicated to continuous research and development of new products and technologies.
Motor Sizing & Selection
Oriental Motor supports you in finding the proper product for your application. Oriental Motor's Application Engineers and Technical Support Staff are available to assist you in properly sizing and selecting your motor based on your individual application. Oriental Motor offers an electrical products repair service for all drivers, controls and actuators (except mechanical parts). The repair service is available for warranty items within 2 years from the date of purchase and non-warranty items within 7 years from the date of purchase. All repaired products receive an six month warranty for repaired parts and circuits from the date of repair. ORIENTAL MOTOR is committed to providing information and support for all levels of education. In addition to the online resources below we offer customized training and education resources for students and professors. Our education resources are available for middle school, high school and college.

Research and development of new products is conducted at all product plants in Japan, as well as in the United States. The main R&D center in Japan conducts mid-term and long-term research into future products and manufacturing technologies.
