Air freight from Japan will be added to your order for the following cases:

  • Promotional item with over 30 pieces
  • Legacy items* with any quantity. (*Legacy items refer to the items without pricing showing online.)

If you do not want this additional charge, we will ship your items by boat. Air Freight (Expedited) charges are levied at $4.00 per lb. Please contact sales office for more details.


Orders can be shipped within the United States, Canada, Central and South America. For questions about your order please contact the Sales Center at (310) 715-3301. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes.

Please visit www.export.gov to estimate duties & taxes which will be charged to you directly from a carrier.

Your resale certificate needs to be provided before your order is placed and processed if no State Taxes are to be charged at the time of order processing. 


American Express, MasterCard and Visa are accepted forms of payment. Credit Cards will be charged for prepayment of the order at the time of processing (note: transaction amount will temporarily differ from total and will be adjusted once the order is closed). Payment via purchase order is not currently available online. To make a purchase using a purchase order, please contact the Sales Center at (800) 418-7903.

LEAD TIMES (Available to Ship)

Holidays in both the U.S. and Japan may affect lead times. All lead times are quoted based on specific part number and quantity and are subject to availability. Lead time for larger quantities will vary. Please contact the Sales Center at (800) 418-7903 for lead time information on larger quantities. You will receive a ship date with you order confirmation.


All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
If you require an overnight shipment, please contact the Sales Center at (800) 418-7903 or include a note indicating this with your order.


Unless otherwise noted in your order or on your order acceptance, you can cancel your order by contacting the Sales Center at (800) 418-7903 up until the time the order has shipped.

After that time, you need to contact the Sales Center to inquire about returning any or all of your orders. Certain products cannot be cancelled and will be noted once the order has been processed and accepted. Order quantity may affect order cancellation acceptance.

The product must not be used/installed and must be in its original condition and packaging.

Return orders are subject to restocking fees (10%~20% restocking and 5% repackaging fee.)

All products must be returned within 90 days from the date of invoice and are subjected to a service fee plus shipping & handling.
